This piece is a listing flyer for a small investment property. The flyers were sent out via direct mail and created a lot of interest.
This project was for the San Francisco Apartment Magazine. The ad was a full pager promoting the new investment group of Alain Pinel, a high-end real estate company.
The flyer here was a recent project I worked on to promote another small investment type property.
